What is the deal with that steampunk traffic light in Part 5, pic 4?

The weird 670 split in Columbus I suppose is due to the part between OH-315 and I-71 previously being I-71. So the north part is the original alignment whereas the south part is for cars wanting to stay on 670 east of 71. The southern part was basically an exit for Leonard Ave. until 670 was finished through the old railyard in the early '90s (I think that's when it was). What does make it seem really weird is that both the north and south parts have the full amount of lanes in both directions. So you're asking yourself which is the real 670. And the answer is both.
