Some in Ohio:

70/71: 7+0 = 7/1

71/80: 7+1 = 8+0
71/275: 7+1 = sqrt(2+7)+5

74/275: 7+sqrt(4) = (2*7)-5

75/675: 7+5 = 6*(7-5)

77/70: 7-7 = 7*0
77/80: 7-7 = 8*0
77/90: 7-7 = 9*0

80/90: 8*0 = 9*0 or 8^0 = 9^0

271/480: sqrt(2+7)+1 = |4-8+0|
