The section of US 10 between I-35W and I-694 has reopens after reconstruction. The noticeable improvements were the new road surface on US 10, the new 3/8 diamond interchange with Ramsey County Rd 96 (formerly a stoplight), and the addition of new mainline lanes of I-694 thus removing the weave between US 10 and MN 51 on I-694. Here is a video of the new roadway I took in both directions:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XHzFKHFauJs&feature=c4-overview&list=UUS8rROgpYYrG4HQYU2uBF1g
