sigh I forgot about this again

Championship Results:

5. I-294 vs 2. I-405 9-3

Consolation Results

1. I-285 vs 2. I-495 6-4

2. I-270 vs 4. I-287 6-2

11. I-610 vs 4. I-680 6-2

I-294 is the winner of this 3di Tournament. Not a bad choice, should I say myself.

Below, I'll have every seed, and you can see which see number is the most sucessful overall in this tournament. I'll be using my own points system for this

6 - Winner (I-294)
5 - Runner-up (I-405)
4 - Final Four
3 - Elight Eight
2 - Sweet Sixteen
1 - Second Round/Top 32
0 - First Round/Top 64

Seed Number - East, Midwest, South, West = Total

1 - I-295 (2), I-275 (2), I-285 (4), I-280 (0) = 8
2 - I-495 (4), I-270 (3), I-840 (1), I-405 (5) = 13
3 - I-476 (1), I-435 (2), I-165 (0), I-580 (1) = 4
4 - I-287 (3), I-196 (1), I-185 (0), I-680 (3) = 7
5 - I-195 (1), I-294 (6), I-485 (2), I-135 (1) = 10
6 - I-376 (2), I-475 (0), I-410 (0), I-215 (0) = 2
7 - I-395 (1), I-465 (1), I-155 (2), I-880 (1) = 5
8 - I-390 (0), I-480 (1), I-635 (1), I-210 (2) = 4
9 - I-290 (1), I-675 (0), I-269 (0), I-335 (0) = 1
10 - I-190 (0), I-494 (0), I-240 (0), I-205 (0) = 0
11 - I-264 (0), I-271 (1), I-610 (3), I-110 (2) = 6
12 - I-490 (0), I-470 (0), I-385 (0), I-820 (0) = 0
13 - I-278 (0), I-355 (0), I-540 (1), I-505 (0) = 1
14 - I-695 (0), I-469 (0), I-235 (1), I-805 (0) = 1
15 - I-276 (0), I-255 (0), I-440 (0), I-605 (0) = 0
16 - I-664 (0), I-694 (0), I-265 (0), I-225 (1) = 1

For anyone interested, here's the Google Sheets I used to track this entire thing, along with a bracket on the first page

YES!!! My hometown 3di has taken the title of the best one of its kind!

(Just as unlikely as Baylor's own championship from last night, but I love it!)
Go Cubs Go! Go Cubs Go! Hey Chicago, what do you say? The Cubs are gonna win today!

So there is a 4.6 mile stretch of freeway very near me that is carrying both the 2di champion and the 3di champion.
Indiana: counties 100%, highways 100%
Illinois: counties 100%, highways 61%
Michigan: counties 100%, highways 56%
Wisconsin: counties 86%, highways 23%

So I assume the 2DI champion is I-80? Go figure they duplex at some point!

I'm surprised that it won. If I had travelled more of the country, I probably would have other 3DIs to choose as the king. Maybe it's the userbase on here being heavily Midwest focused? Either way, it's pretty cool to see the hometown hero win.

:) Needs more... :sombrero: Not quite... :bigass: Perfect.

Correction: Chicago focused

Though if there was more east coast participants in this bracket, It wouldn't be a far guess that I-495 or I-287 could have won. Same with the west coast, with I-405 (or maybe I-280 could've passed the first round instead of getting upsetted on by 16 seed I-225).

And for one of my most used 3di: I-270, I had to look back in the thread to find this

Never been to Denver, but St Louis is kind of like if they took Kansas City and dropped it on the floor, Columbus didn't really impress me much, and DC has too many [insert political party you don't like] senators in it.
