I guess we're on the fast track to one for every state?

Do y'all have poutine in Wisconsin?

Speaking of which, do you have FasTrac in Wisconsin?

Isn't it weird how there are Perkins restaurants very close to the Illinois border, but none in Illinois, as if Perkins was illegal in Illinois?

I've never seen that on a restaurant menu, maybe I'm just not going to the right places. That does sound like something we would eat though.

We do not, the dominant gas station here is Kwik Trip.

It's not too hard to do, as long as you have cheese curds and gravy. I'm fairly sure cheese curds are easily available in Wisconsin, or am I mistaken?

BBQ sauce?  Gravy, no?  (And yes, cheese curds are plentiful in Wisconsin).

Yeah, gravy.

I thought poutine was french fries smothered in gravy.

Don't forget the cheese curds. Or shredded cheese, if one is incredibly lazy.

Which part of Milwaukee is the safest?

I believe the not-so-good area is roughly bounded by I-94 to the south, I-43 to the east, WI-190 to the north, and WI-175 to the west. I've never lived in Milwaukee though.

triplemultiplex

I lived there 7 years.  Just follow the yuppies to the safe neighborhoods. :-P. Eastside, Bayview, UWM, downtown is fine, 3rd Ward, Walkers Point, etc
But whatever; perceived urban 'danger' on the part of suburbanites and country bumpkins is always overblown in their lily-white minds.

It's relativity. Some neighborhoods in Milwaukee, and all cities, are safer than others. Therefore we call them "safe" and the less safe ones "dangerous".

Big John

The safe spots are in southern Milwaukee where all the police live.
