Delaware Memorial Bridge

Seems like every time I have driven it since at least 2010 there is always construction on it, especially the left lane going NB.
Is this ever going to end or is this continuous maintenance?

Due to high volumes of traffic and rehabilitation projects, its going to keep going regardless. Been a while since I've been through there, but that's how it is.
