I vote for IN37 being continuous along I-465, a la the US routes. I haven't looked into the others. From mukade's description, it sounds like I'd want IN67 to be too.

If there's a sign or two saying for you to follow another route for another, I think we should include that segment in the file and not split the route as I would consider it as 'implied'. US-19 Truck here in Pittsburgh has a similar sign as well on it's unsigned segment along I-279/I-376.

Looking at the routes I recently split.
IN1: northbound. southbound: no sign. I'll merge it back into one piece.
IN3: 1, 2. Clearly discontinous - keeping split.
IN37: northbound: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. southbound:1, 2,3, 4. This suggests that IN37 is continuous.
IN67: northbound:1, 2. southbound. Reconnecting.

I never knew about that sign along SR 1 approaching I-469. Though the sign is incorrect about the exit numbers now, given that it is now Exit 316 and not Exit 116, unless they're talking about the new interchange with Tapp Road and I-69 in Bloomington :)

When the imagery was taken, it was correct! ;)
