Besides the bird-flipping and cutting off, the best part is in the end is when that punk kid found out the target vehicle had a dash camera system.  He promptly went back in the car and cut someone else off.

How terrible for anyone to behave in such a way against someone because of their race or ethnicity. To further add "Road rage" is a dangerous nuisance on our highways. People easily can get off, then blame the other driver and react in uncivil ways including getting to racial aspects. Be in mind hate crime laws in California and federally are to punish those whom admitted to (either verbally or physically) attack persons based on their legally-protected social status.
