Google Maps GPS voice prompts not matching map screen

My travels recently have me navigating I-495 south in Massachusetts, and getting off the highway at exit 36B in Plainville, MA for US 1 South.  When using the Google Maps GPS in my car, the display shows the correct exit number, but the voiceover keeps telling me to take "exit 14B".

How do I report this to Google so they can fix it?  It could really cause drivers to get confused and lost.

If they can't look at a sign, they shouldn't be on the road.
