I-81 in TN, exit 69-Bristol Motor Speedway

I-85 exit 49 and I-485 exit 32-both to Charlotte Motor Speedway

Also, not an officially numbered exit (though probably will be when/if VA ever gets its act together with I-73), but the U.S. 58 exit in Martinsville which takes you to Martinsville Speedway

I was always fond of the following:

Exit 143, I-94, Tomah, WI - great place to stop for a fuel-up and food.
Exit 326 (100), (Future) I-86, Liberty, NY - When I used this route to Ithaca, the BK here was a common stop.
Exit 8A, MN-77, Bloomington, MN - Mall of America.  Need I say more?   
Exit 72 (7), US-6, Yarmouth, MA - Many a memorable trip to Hyannis came from this exit.

I was always fond of the following:

Exit 8A, MN-77, Bloomington, MN - Mall of America.  Need I say more?   

This interchange (not this exit) features that eagerly sought specimen rarely found in the wild in MSP - a flyover ramp!
