I tried using my mobile hotspot and it worked! Now I just need to wait for my account to be activated.

Scott - it doesn't matter if we've restricted his entire range of IP addresses, because we're not even seeing the application.

Every time I try to join the forum, I get an error "Sorry, you are not allowed to register on this forum.100-179"

I have no clue what could cause such a vague error and would like help.
