What's up with this apparent full freeway road closure on the northbound lanes of New Jersey Route 19 in Paterson?

There was a sinkhole several weeks ago that apparently has caused more issues than anticipated. US 19 detour shields are up (NJ 20 to I-80 west).

They moved the road to Pittsburgh?!?

Apparently they've wrapped up the sinkhole repairs and all ramps and roadways should be open by the end of today.

They brought Pittsburgh to North Jersey. I snapped a couple photos.
