From Michael Dresser's "Getting There" blog:
"The Maryland Transportation Authority's target date for its expected round of toll increase to take effect is October, officials at the agency said yesterday."

Surprised that MdTA is waiting as long as October to take in their money grab, missing out on a summer of increased Bay Bridge tolls. Even more surprised they will have public hearings on the issue, as it is a fait accompli. Until parts the I-95 ETL comes on line, and the ICC completed so as to be fully usable, the deficit will be made up mostly by users of the Baltimore crossings.
