By posting such a long reply on the last page we were able to gather enough cookie data from you, the mission will proceed as planned

His profile shows he accessed the forum last night, even if he didn't post anything. I'm curious about the "like the rest of NYC" because I'm puzzled as to why he thinks forum members are from New York, if that's what he means.
