I'm likely to be driving from middle Tennessee on the 21st to Wills Pt., TX.

We're going to be going for speed so that routing will likely be I-40 to Little Rock and I-30 to somewhere in TX.  (TX 19?)

So, no side trips for roadgeeking.  Even so, what might be interesting to look for along that route?

Also, what should we be on the lookout for along the route?  (Speed traps, law enforcement quirks, etc.)

Just make sure to eat barbecue on I-30 west of Little Rock. Some damn good stuff there.

Go to Jo-Jo's in Sherwood.  It's right off of JFK/AR 107.

Be aware of the shitty quality of the pavement on I-40 if you aren't already.
I demand an apology.

Be sure to look for the I-49 construction that crosses 30 just before Texarkana!  Also there may still be some construction around the US 59 south exit in Texarkana.

Thanks, All.

However, my trip plans have been cancelled.  But, I may be traveling that route in the future.
