I found this lot of license plate for sale on shopgoodwill.com

Ah... that's nice but the question is: Is itlegal to sell license plates? (Sorry for the no spacing beetween it and legal. My brother's laptop is being compliated)

I think so, but only if the license plate is expired and is replaced with a newer one. And obviously, these look expired.

It is not illegal to sell license plates. More information on collecting license plates is found at the ALPCA web site (http://www.alpca.org/).
in general, they have to be three years old and of a design that is not currently in use.
