State highway list

Does anyone have a list of numbered state highways for Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine? I know Wikipedia has lists but I'm hoping for something more recent and reliable.

All land in Vermont is within a town/township/municipality, correct?

So it's not like Virginia, where the cities and some towns maintain roads and streets with route numbers.

CP:  it's complicated.  But to oversimplify, yes there are some cities/towns where the local jurisdiction maintains segments of Vermont state highway and/or US highway route.
