TN-297 through Big South Fork National Recreation Area has a section with a 13% grade. A section of TN-64 has 8% grade east of Monterey. Any others?

SH 111, which is a divided highway, has some very steep grades between US 27 and US 127.

I see a TN164 and a TN62 east of Monterey but no TN64.
