I'm going to guess I-59.

Seconded.  I wanted to guess this within 2 hours of my first guess but I had to wait until today.

New rule: If your entry haven't been correctly guessed after 48 hours, you have to reveal which Forum Region (Ohio Valley, Mid South, Pacific Southwest, etc) it is in.

So much for my thought that the two license plates were Ohio and Pennsylvania. :)

A compilation of the guesses so far:

I-16   I-20   I-24   I-26   I-40   I-59   I-70   I-71   I-73   I-74   I-75   I-76   I-77   I-80   I-81   I-83   I-85   I-95

Still plenty of reasonable guesses in the same part of the country as I-59 (edited to add I-22):

I-10   I-12   I-22   I-30   I-49   I-55   I-65   I-69

I'll use I-65

Yes.  It is I-65 at US 31 in Calera, AL.  The overpass is brand new, and does not appear on GSV.
