🛣 Changes to the California Highways Web Site covering October-December 2020

Here it is. The last update of the California Highways website for 2020. This one has a lot of interesting stuff, in addition to the changes from the headlines (which include approval to complete Richardson Grove, and the funding approvals for the Novato Narrows). The CTC Agendas for October and December were a treasure trove: Widening on Route 22, Widing of I-80 in Truckee. Route adoptions of the Westside Parkway and Stockdale Hwy as Route 58 near Bakersfield, and relinquishment of the old Route 58; funding for the Route 156 San Benito expressway; route adoptions for the rework of Route 41 and Route 46 at the Cholame Y (including relinquishments), funding for the US 101 HOV lanes in Summerland, and the addition of an onramp at Crenshaw on I-405. In particular, you'll want to go look at the pages for Route 41 and Route 46 to see the Cholame Y stuff (and Max R -- they added some history information about adoption), and the Route 58 page. But look at all the stuff I grabbed from the CTC minutes.

For this group here, in particular: A big thank you for all your discussions. I read them all, and some of you write such good stuff you get captured (with credit and links) in my pages. Back in the 1990s this started with the help of the folks on misc.transport.road and ca.driving, and the high caliber folks have moved here. Everything you post is appreciated (well, except, nah ... I won't name names :-) )

Re: 262 - I should post the photo of the street blade signage for it in Warm Springs, the one spot other than at 680 where the number is marked.

That's way more than I was expecting with 41/46 getting upgraded to a real modernized junction.  Hopefully there are any more obstacles, that's infinitely over due for an upgrade!
