^ I'm pretty sure some of those projects are on the August 1 Letting already.

I noticed 1.4 million to pave a deadend highway, really no wonder the state is broke. Dist 9, Il14 Crossville to Indiana state line is the highway that the New Harmony Bridge crosses the Wabash river. There were only 900 cars a day before they closed the bridge. 1 mile east of Crossville is last house on that road.

At least they're finally gonna repave US 30 between Waterman and Sugar Grove and IL 23 from just outside of DeKalb down to US 30

IMO, IL-14 from Crossville to the now-closed New Harmony bridge should be decommissioned since it no longer serves a purpose as a state route.

Common practice for a local place accepting a decomissioned roadway is to demand it be repaved so the locals can lessen the maintenance costs in the near-term.  Not saying I know anything about that happening here, but I'm saying there's a chance.
