'Book Of Lists' TV special

There was a series of books called 'The Book Of Lists' that was very popular. But does anybody remember when they had a TV special? This was around 1982 or 1983.

The only thing I remember about it is they had a man on the show whose specialty was that he imitated a piece of gum. He puffed out his cheeks to represent blowing a bubble. At the end, he put a chair on his head to represent people sticking their gum under chairs.

I also just remembered that it had a segment with G. Gordon Liddy arguing with Moon Zappa about something. I don't know why I just now remembered that.
