Did a rule change? I thought Destination mileage (kilometerage?) had to match on the destination, or the number needed to match, to be a valid play?

I don't think the Exit 9 to Oklahoma 112 was a valid play, but no matter.  Here's one that can play off of Exit 9 or the current newest photo of West Virginia 112.
