75 mph
That is correct, on TX-103 facing EB towards Lufkin.

75 mph without a barrier or a striped median in a passing zone?! That's terrifying! I'll drive 45 mph there and pull over for someone behind me thank you very much.

Really?  Nearly every state would allow at least 55 mph on such a roadway.  That's almost scary in itself that you're afraid to drive over 45 mph on a straight roadway with great sightlines.

Alright! Up next, in MPH:

Everything seems faster than I thought on here, so I am going to guess 65 mph.

Really close, but not quite! :D

As long as the location is revealed: it's a comedically-low 30mph.

From my experience, zero vehicles are doing 30. 50 is more common. The expressway maxes out at 40 apparently due to the lack of any horizontal banking in the curves. Why such a modern road was built this way...I do not know.

Agreed on all points -- here's the sign. Luckily, the 30 MPH zone isn't too long, as the speed limit sign in the background of the initial picture is where the 40 MPH zone starts, but I still don't get why there's a 30 MPH zone at all rather than just transitioning directly from the 20 MPH arrivals/departures roadways to the 40 MPH freeway after the hairpin bend. (I do kind of understand where they were coming from with the 40 MPH speed limit on the rest of the roadway, since it's got a lot of ramps and a decent bit of weaving, plus it isn't really supposed to be a through road, though I've certainly used it as such going northbound!)

7/8

Reminder for jakeroot that it's your turn for the next photo.

Ugh, I'm swamped with work right now. Anyone may go :D.

Ok, I guess I'll jump in with one in km/h:

I'm guessing 120 km/h.  If I'm right, then someone else can go.
Keep right except to pass.  Yes.  You.
Visit scenic Orleans County, NY!
