Bus Lane looks like HOV Lane.

These bus lanes remind me of HOV/Carpool Lanes. This is part of a Bus Rapid Transit system that is being constructed in San Bernardino County, California that will connect the cities of San Bernardino & Loma Linda.

The Buses Only, Left Lane sign also looks like a black & white carpool lane sign.
