Too easy. You are correct that it is 30 mph, but not correct about the other sign. Did the signs on the telephone poles give it away?

When you have a boss you'll learn that when someone can take away the source of income you need to keep your house, car, etc. if they don't like something you did, you tend to not want to take risks you don't need to.

The banners reminded me of a town near me (where the speed limit through downtown is ironically 35). The transition from farmland to dense rural housing definitely and the ending of the dashed yellow line made me think speed limit drop as well. Just curious, what does the other sign say? I figured it might be what I guessed since it is probably in NY, and you were giving out bonus points
