Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

Last week the Moon, Venus and Jupiter were in conjunction. Planets align on a regular basis.

Too cloudy here in NY...and yet I have friends that want to come up here for next year's solar eclipse...

The conjunction was visible enough in Central California that my wife even noticed it.

It was too darn cloudy here to get a good view.

Not to restart this debate again, but early April does have a notably better chance of clear conditions than early March.

So, instead of one sunny day in two weeks, we'll get two!

Compared to all other states, Venus and Jupiter have always been close.

But Venus is actually closer to Mars.

Venus and Mars are all right tonight.

I guess the Asteroid Belt Pass is not open for 5-6 months of the year.

I was referring to a song by Wings.
Who does that?

Who doesn't? (I saw the same reference elsewhere earlier this week when someone mistakenly thought Jupiter was Mars in this week's sky.)

I got Paul McCartney to leave Wings.

I noticed the conjunction too. I knew one of the "stars" was too bright it could only be Venus, but I didn't realize the other (Jupiter) was a planet as well.

In 2019, Venus Williams bought a $9.6M resort home in Jupiter Island FL.  Does that count?
