Greetings!

I'm a college student who goes to UW-Madison, and is interested in working with transportation and infrastructure. I have been interested in roads since I was a little kid. I haven't had a lot of experience going on road trips, but I definitely enjoy them when I do and will hopefully go on lots more in the future. I enjoy learning about roads (don't we all?) and will happily share my knowledge and experience with them!

Most of my roadgeek experience has been throughout Wisconsin (I particularly followed up on the US 41/I-41 conversion project), and I plan to mostly share stuff about Wisconsin and the Midwest.

Traveled, plus US 13, 44, and 50, and several state routes

I will be in Burlington VT for the eclipse.

Welcome from a UW Alumnus. Make sure to get your butt into the simulator on campus at least once before you graduate.

At a minimum, it's usually on display at Engineering Expo, which IIRC, should be coming up in a few weeks.

Welcome! Madison's an interesting city. It's got a nice flag and a really neat grid around the Wisconsin State Capitol, and that part is also on a narrow isthmus between two lakes. Nice city you've got there.
I love my 2010 Ford Explorer.

I agree! It is so freaking cool how downtown Madison sits right between those two lakes, which makes for an intriguing and unusual road system due to the geographic barriers. I've never been there in real life, but it sure sounds like a beautiful city!
