I'm seeing on Street View a north-south 47th Street that runs into an east-west 47th Street on the border of KC, Overland Park, and Merriam (also a county line).  The N/S 47th becomes Antioch south of the junction.  It appears to be an odd quirk of the differing address systems used in that area.

I forgot about that one. Wyandotte County (KCK) has its numbered streets run north-south, while the rest of the metro goes east-west. The small part of KCK south of I-35 and east of Mission Rd. has "nth Ave." roads that run E-W to line up with the streets in KCMO.
On somewhat similar side - NYC has an intersection  of 1st st. and ave; and 2nd st. and ave.
Grid is not defined well enough,  and there are no higher same-number intersections as far as I can tell.
I think there was a post of a location in Queens with like 5 roads with the same number but different suffixes in the triple digits. Can't find it now.

Close to the Springfield interchange, there is the intersection of Industrial Dr and Industrial Rd: https://goo.gl/maps/kkzUFjjNNNL2

In Springfield, there's the intersection of Loisdale Rd and Loisdale Ct: https://goo.gl/maps/JAh3HzbBkFp

Around the Bailey's Crossroads area, you have the intersection of VA-7, Glen Carlyn Rd, and Glen Carlyn Dr: https://goo.gl/maps/d5JM6CAowq32 / https://goo.gl/maps/LTrRhfFpeTp

A short drive west on VA-7, near the Seven Corners intersection, is Castle Pl and Castle Rd: https://goo.gl/maps/RgaovYab65o

Ladd Road and Ladd Avenue in Goldsby, Oklahoma:

They actually form an implied concurrency over a bridge over I-35. Before I-35 was built, it was a simple crossroads. At that crossroads was the Ladd Schoolhouse, a one-room schoolhouse that served the area, which both roads were named after.

How about streets that intersect themselves:

Not sure this counts: In Fairfax, there's an intersection where Colesbury Place intersects Colesbury Place. It's the same street–it loops around and comes back to meet itself–and that's why I'm not sure it counts, but when I was a kid and I walked past there every day on the way to school I always thought the two street signs with the same name looked strange.

In my hometown of Blanchard, LA there's a North Park subdivision with all the roads having a different name at the end (street, circle, place, lane). Just to the south you'll see a few North Clubs too.

What about house numbers? Do they have each of those streets starting from 1, or numbers run throughot the subdivision?

They are all 6600, 6700, or 6800 address numbers

7 Roads with the same number:

No triple digit suffixes, though.

What's hilarious is that even the people laying it out got confused. 60th Court, per the standard system, should actually be 60th Terrace.
If you always take the same road, you will never see anything new.

So a few things about this one

*This is the street I grew up on in Nassau County, Long Island.
*According to recent Streetview images, they updated this, so I'm using the historical view to capture
*It's kind of cheating because one of the Kirby Lanes was a dead end about 1000 feet later
*Apparenty according to Google Maps that was renamed to Kirbys Lane

*But I used to show this all the time to people and actually say it was the nexus of the universe
