It might have been, but now that we're in the 1000s I think multiples of 1000 are the ones that need to be skipped.

We were when it was only 3 digits, but at 4 digits the 100-multiples became easier to find. Did we decide to keep skipping them or only multiples of 1000 now?

Early on when we entered the 1000s, we did skip the first four multiples. May as well skip multiples of 1000 because those are impossible to make.

OK, so at what point did this game end (or should have ended) -- that is to say, when did a number not ending in 00 or 000 stump someone?

The first number that was skipped, this thread should have been locked.  :-D
