This is a challenge to post pictures of all US highways, with a twist.
Rules
Will go in numerical order
No repeat posting within 24 hours
pictures don't have to be yours but gsv is banned
After a picture of a us highway is posted, another picture of a state highway with the same number has to be posted.
US 1

QuoteWhat if we added a stipulation that the state with the state highway has to be adjacent to a state carrying the corresponding US route?
This is now rule. The state rule 4 has to come from a state that borders a state with US 4 in it. Edit: this is NOT rule anymore

What do you mean?

I guess here's MN-1.

I can also do IA-1.

This thread has already been done.

In any event:

I know that, that is why I added the twist. A state highway 1 is needed first.

We've already done this challenge without the twist, and the twist doesn't add much.

More like a twisted man's version.

That will pretty much kill this thread before it ever really gets started.

Here's the state highway 4. Next up is US 5.

So...fair question what happens when we encounter a US Route that didn't exist?  US 37 never existed at all and I would imagine finding a signage error swap would be close to impossible.  Do we just skip to US 38 from that point and again to 40 to get past 39?

There are a few error US 37 shields out there.
