I left a comment at their site.
I think they can raise limits on some 2 lane roadways to 65 mph providing that the road is relatively straight and with low-ish traffic counts, otherwise, let it be 60 or 55.
If anyone left a comment for ARDOT, let's hear about them.

Ark 14 is a shining example of this between Marked Tree and Newport. Everyone does 65 anyway.
