Interest in a "dinner meet" in Saratoga Springs, NY on March 8, 2019?

It's that time of year where the main meteorology conference I attend is being held, and as usual over the past several years is in Saratoga Springs.  Last year we didn't do a dinner due to preoccupation (just as well as I had to go rescue some students in Rutland that night anyway), but wanted to see if there was any interest/opportunity this year.  Looking at next Friday night, March 8th.

It is indeed that time of year. Unfortunately I've now made multiple plans on the 9th so I'm out.

I should in theory be able to come up this year, pending ability to crash with someone in the vicinity.
If you always take the same road, you will never see anything new.

Another option would be to do Sunday lunch.  IIRC, that's what we wound up doing last year.

Speaking for myself only... Friday is a better option IMHO.

Sunday lunch could work (Hattie's Chicken Shack again?).  Or if Friday, there's this Three Vines Bistro place in the Congress Street Plaza.

Considering that the restaurant where we met for the Friday night dinners in the past (Seven Horse Pub) has closed, we'd need to find a different place for dinner anyway.

Friday dinner permits me to get more clinching done and I have already plotted out an itinerary which assumes such, so... I would prefer we stick with that.

But I'm in either way.

Friday...definitely not available (I've been stuck at work most evenings until 6 pm or later).  Sunday lunch...I'm game if there's enough interest (and contingent on the weather).

froggie

I'm open to Three Vines Bistro tomorrow (Friday) at 7pm.

I'm also open to Sunday Lunch in addition, but not at Hatties.

I plan on meeting Doug at the Three Vines Bistro at 7pm this evening.  If anyone else can make it, great.
