And given that Eddie Money incorporated that line into his own signature song Take Me Home Tonight, that comes as no surprise at all. The Ronettes and the Supremes were two of my mother's favorite singing groups. Now hearing that "ring-a-ling-a-ling, ding-dong-ding" song at Christmas will no longer feel the same.
