I'm posting these two articles here since the end of this trek will traverse Northwestern Pennsylvania with a short section in Ohio, then back to PA.  These are from local TV stations in Youngstown, Ohio, and I'm still a little confused as to the actual routing as its crosses into Ohio. One would think it might exit I-80 at the first exit in Hubbard, Ohio at US-62/OH-7, proceed south to OH-616, then follow OH-616 south to US-422 east back to I-376 east.  But it may go two more exits off I-80 to US-422 in Girard and then US-422 southeast into Pennsylvania to I-376.

Not sure exactly why they wouldn't just exit I-80 in PA directly to I-376 east.  It could be it won't be able to navigate the tight loop ramp (same at US-62/OH-7 in Hubbard). The height and weight of the load and the various bridges and overpasses it will have to travel under will also certainly determine the exact route.  But the table showing the route that is listed in the second article isn't as precise as one would expect, especially the specific exit off I-80 in the Youngstown area.

And what about road load limits?

Anybody that can make more sense of this than me, feel free to offer your assessment.

You're just like crosstown traffic
All you do is slow me down
And I got better things on the other side of town
