This is the complete list of states we have visited in this game:

Recently, we have done the same ones over and over. From 91 to 120, we have only visited 10 states, despite there being 30 different numbers:

The "post it yourself" rule almost entirely prevents me from contributing.

According to first post, it can be from someone's collection, if over 24 hours from the last post.

We aren't leaving the Great Lakes region anytime soon, are we?

It doesn't help that the area's states have a ton of routes in this range, and that we have a few active members in the area with pictures. And, TBH, I'm kind of surprised we've made it this far at all.

Let's leave the Great Lakes region and go to Iowa for 128.2017 Upper Midwest Trip Day 2 - 374 by H.B. Elkins, on Flickr

If you can bring it back down to Louisiana, I have quite a few in this range. We have to act soon, though, because Louisiana doesn't have any 2xx routes.

If we can stay close to Georgia, I have the entire 136-141 range except for 137.

Any chance of moving this west...?

Believe it or not, at one point we were in New Mexico. Gonna probably be tough to get out that far west again, though.

There's a whole lot of nowhere between the populated Midwest (roughly east of the Mississippi) and the West Coast, so it'll be less likely that members of the forum have much coverage of the roadways in the relative desolation.  I just have a ton of stuff from Illinois, plus a bunch of roads in WI, IN, IA, and western Ohio.  So it's safe for me here   :D

I have IL-132, but I've been holding off on posting it, in case anything else wants to show up.

Is it time to think of a new rule limiting how often any single state can be used?

I know we wanted to avoid BGS-mounted shields, but it's been two days.

Given how slowly this thread actually moves, that seems awfully restrictive. The intrinsic nature of this thread never meant that it was going to get very far to begin with. I'd be surprised if we make it to 200 without backing into another corner, like we already did at 117.

OK. Then maybe some mechanism that allows for an "escape" when stuck in a particular area?
