The Carpenters Bluff bridge over the Red River east of Denison, Texas. Until it was replaced earlier this year, it was originally built for the railroad with a wooden roadway attached to the side (sort of like the Harahan at Memphis). When the RR was abandoned (IIRC in the 60's), the rr deck was converted to a one lane roadway and the attached road deck was closed to all but Bikes and pedestrians.  I have some photos that I will try to get posted.

I'm under the impression that that bridge is going to be preserved as a foot crossing. I hope that is true.

This bridge over the Carbon River was pressed into service as a one-lane detour route while the highway bridge was rebuilt.  This was after the railroad was abandoned but before it was built out as a trail.

Although not a highway bridge, the former CNE/New Haven Poughkeepsie Bridge is now a walkway over the Hudson.
The same was done with the "Big Four" (CCC&SL, later New York Central) rail bridge that crosses the Ohio River between Louisville, KY and Jeffersonville, IN.

I spotted this streetview from June 2013 of the St.Louis Bridge in St. Louis Sask. https://www.google.com/maps/@52.9227001,-105.8062181,3a,75y,344.41h,87.19t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1saIvC1AiiV1dSzyqVxb4uzw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656?hl=en

Wikipedia mentionned it opened first as a railroad bridge in 1915 with highway path added in 1928. SK-2 used that bridge to cross that river until it was rerouted to a newer span in 2014. I don't know if the old span is still there.

Might not fit within the spirit of this thread since it was out of necessity and only temporary, but when the bridge carrying the Thruway over Schoharie Creek collapsed in 1987, it was rerouted (by way of temporary ramps, one of which is still partly visible in satellite imagery) onto NY 5S, with 5S in turn being rerouted onto an abandoned railroad bridge that ran alongside it.

doesn't exactly count but the mac Arthur municipal free bridge was originally built as  a road bridge with plans to add a railroad on the bridge as well the add on railroad tracks are still in use while the original road is removed entirely starting 2007 and ending in 2014 after having sat unused for over 30 years!
