1-2-3 Sum Game

Similar to 1-2-3 Difference Game by 7/8. Post pictures in which the sum of all the shields is 1, then 2, 3...
(I guess the first one has to be just one shield of Route 1.)

RULES:

• One image per post
• No GSW unless stumped for a day
• Don't post twice in a row
• Cite your source if you are using others' images
• Use route-number shields. Speed-limit signs etc don't count.

I'm new, so I don't have a 1-shield yet! Someone else start please.
