Google Maps Street View Fail

I was going to Google Maps Street View to look up the Mill Ends Park in Portland, OR, dubbed The Worlds Smallest Park. I dropped the street view marker in the area and ended up inside a port-a-potty! Like, why? Why is there a street view of the inside of a port-a-potty? And for that matter, why is there even a spot on the map for it????
