Problem w forum, can't respond to post

I encountered a strange problem when trying to respond the car engine noise post.
The forum would not let me respond, said that topic title must have less than 80 characters. Since I was responding to an existing post, I should have not got that message. Made no sense.

I think it might be due to the forum automatically adding "Re:" to the subject line. Cpzilliacus already appears to have run out of room with the subject (hence the subject line ending abruptly at "engin").

Yeah, this sounds like a SMF limitation if anything.
