What happened to the search engine?

On my new Lennova computer I do not see the search engine here for finding old topics?  Is it my new pc or is it a thing with the forum server?

To the right of the date, there is a "+" sign. Click it. (If it shows a "-" sign, then the search bar should already be visible, and I don't know what the problem is.)
