Title: Charleston, WV road meet reminder and itinerary
Post by: hbelkins on May 27, 2009, 10:03:28 AM
We're coming up on two weeks from the Charleston, WV road meet which will be held Saturday, June 13 at noon EDT at the Quaker Steak & Lube in the Southridge area of Charleston.

I have posted details of the meet tour, including a downloadable itinerary, on the meet page at http://www.millenniumhwy.net/WV_meet.html. (http://www.millenniumhwy.net/WV_meet.html)

So far I have four confirmed attendees via e-mail and at least four "possibles" who have mentioned on MTR that they might come. If you plan to come, please RSVP via e-mail at the address listed on the meet page (or my regular e-mail box since mail to the RSVP address redirects to my main inbox.) Not only will I have an accurate number to use in making arrangements with QS&L, but I'll know how many party favors to bring and I'll be able to communicate contact information, etc., with you in a more private setting.

The tour will be contingent on the status of new US 35. There is a possibility the road may be open to traffic by the time of the meet.

Hope to hear from any potential attendees in the next couple of weeks!

Edit: I fixed the url! - Alex

That meet page doesn't work.
It works for me, although that period at the end got linked and thus needs to be removed from the URL.

Yes, delete the period and the link works.

Yes, delete the period and the link works.

You can edit your original post to remove that period.
