Not "Concrete Mixer" or "Ready-Mix Truck," but Cement Mixer.

Given the title of this song, I thought I would inquire here if anyone else had heard it. The lyrics are mostly a silly diversion and is not about water content or slump testing of fresh concrete or admixtures.

I recently heard it, on the SiriusXM channel 40's Junction on Channel 73, which I have come to love, because of little repetition and plenty of great big band tracks. Unfortunately, SiriusXM is talking 40's Junction down from its satellite feed and replacing it with Christmas music later this week, but it will be back after December 25 (40's Junction will still be available on the SiriusXM streaming site).
