US-9 is correct. US-6 or US-202 also would have been correct. This is facing NB on the Jans Peeck Bridge north of Peekskill in the direction of the Annsville Circle. I figured a triple multiplex would be fairly easy.

Well I'm not from the East Coast (nor have I spent much time there), so all I had to go off of was the NY license plate on the left.

Here's mine, and you can use the fact that I haven't really traveled out East to your advantage:
