My point-and-shoot is a retractable lens as well. By now I've learned to identify signs I want to take a photo of far enough in advance to be ready for them.

I've been looking at dash cams on Amazon. Are there any that have a still photo button? What quality can you get by screenshotting the video? Have any of y'all tried ?
