Question for OP: are street name signs allowed? Say I have a picture of a 37th St sign - would that be allowed to be posted today?

Quote4. The number on the sign that is photographed must be shown on a route symbol.  Signs with third-person textual mentions of routes are not allowed.

There is a thread for that though (there haven't been posts in awhile): https://www.aaroads.com/forum/index.php?topic=18538.msg2170572#new

Are there any rules against reusing this picture when we get to 84?

You may use the same picture again at 84. I added a rule (#9) to clarify this.

Took me ages to find a picture with a route 38 shield. I had to go back to my 2010 trip to Boston.
