On GSV, I haven't seen any SH 121 signs on the CTP. However, in a news story about loose animals on the highway, I did see SH 121 and CTP signs. I had also thought that it had been decided that the CTP would not be part of SH 121, however, the highway designation file says it is (in a way). Was the SH 121 signage just recently added?

The minute orders are almost 20 years old. The Bonham portion doesn't even address the US-82 reroute that happened nearly that long ago (IE, there is no current concurrency with US-82. It is now SH-56.)

So, the southernmost portion being a mess is no surprise.

As to the signage, it would be consistent with type that where there are frontage roads, they would be labeled as SH-121.

I have no idea about what frontage roads are actually there. Google maps looks like they are mostly NOT there.
Let's build what we need as economically as possible.

The sign at 0:24 clearly states frontage road only. The sign has been there since CTP opening. There's one southbound too.

I accept and respect your identity as long as it's not dumb shit like "identifying as a vaccinated attack helicopter".
