I-395 has already been used up. US 290 → I-290 → I-395 → AR 395 is equivalent to playing each route individually. This would cause I-395 to be repeated.

That was actually played by paulthemapguy, though given the sign's location the mistake is understandable. :-D

I'll skirt the whole issue here by playing an I-395, which works regardless. I believe this sign has been used before, but it was a different photo, so it's kosher per the rules.
