No. It's not the same highway system (even Texas primary state highways aren't compatible with the loop/spur routes), and it's not visually identical in the way that the one in your photo is to MA's and ME's shields.

SPUR across different states is not a match, not being a number. Jim's play was valid (and would have been valid even if you hadn't played the loop 363); your MO Spur 215 does not match that photo.

snowc's attempt was WV on TX (they're both squares, but not identical squares), which is why I said no in a particular post; this might have gotten you a bit confused, since the attempt was deleted.

Spur vs Spur not valid?

No. They're different highway systems (since they're in different states), and Spur is not a number.

The 125 you ninjaposted immediately before this one is valid; both that photo and the previous valid photo are Texas spurs.
