If you can't remember the last time you've had a drink, you're either a very light or very heavy drinker.
Or under 21
I don't think being under 21 necessarily prevents someone from having a drink :)

You can enlist in the U.S. military at age 18 (age 17 with parental consent) but can't legally have a drink until age 21...  something is messed up there.

A solution: a person who is age 18 can travel anywhere they want in the world. Simply catch a flight to a country or other place that has a drinking age of 18. The Bahamas being one example, which may be part of the reason that it's a popular spring break destination for college students.

So if a US army troop consists of mostly under-21 soldiers, all the enemy has to do is have water cannons filled with beer.  The generals won't let the soldiers go near them.

If con is the opposite of pro, isn't congress the opposite of progress?

The prefix con- means with (conjoin, converge, congregate, commiserate).  So a congress is a bunch of people gathering/moving together.  Progress is what happens when they move forward.

Plus, the minimum age may depend on where you live - when I turned 18, that happened to be the legal age at the time.  And I celebrated with a drink :)

My family aren't big drinkers anyway.

That last part is all that really matters.  I see you live in Massachusetts, where it is perfectly legal to consume alcohol at under age 21, so long as you're with your parents.

Quote from: The 192nd General Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
General Laws
Part I.  Administration of the Government
Title XX.  Public Safety and Good Order
   Chapter 138.  Alcoholic Liquors
Section 34C.  Minors; operation of motor vehicle containing alcoholic beverage; suspension of driver's license

Whoever, being under twenty-one years of age and not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, knowingly possesses, transports or carries on his person, any alcohol or alcoholic beverages, shall be punished by a fine of not more than fifty dollars for the first offense and not more than one hundred and fifty dollars for a second or subsequent offense; provided, however, that this section shall not apply to a person between the ages of eighteen and twenty-one who knowingly possesses, transports or carries on his person, alcohol or alcoholic beverages in the course of his employment. A police officer may arrest without a warrant any person who violates this section. A conviction of a violation of this section shall be reported forthwith to the registrar of motor vehicles by the court, and said registrar shall thereupon suspend for a period of ninety days the license of such person to operate a motor vehicle.

There are other sections pertaining to selling alcohol to persons under age 21 and to purchasing alcohol if under age 21–but the above is the only section I've found that specifically addresses possessing alcohol, and it has an explicit carve-out for family.

I went to Eat N Park and they closed while I was still in there but they didn't kick me out or anything I just finished eating, paid and left but Google Maps said they were open until 11 this was just after 10 when they closed. I didn't say nothing.

Then just before I left one of the cooks was talking to the server and told her that he got pulled over by a state boy for doing 91 in a 65 coming over the I-470 bridge into Ohio. He was bragging about getting a ticket and said it only cost him $155.
